Leighton-led and team-supported. When you call (720) 204-5788, it rings on all of our phones, and one of these three people picks up or calls you back. Our caregivers are our own employees, matched to each client by personality, not only by schedule.
Joined SYNERGY HomeCare as a scheduler in 2017, learned every part of the business, and bought the Longmont agency in February 2020. Has always been a helper. Her grandmother had dementia, and that is where her approach to care began.
Highly trained and knowledgeable, but what people remember is how warm and approachable he is. Clients and caregivers love his humor and calm presence. We affectionately call him a gentle giant. He also helps families work through long-term care insurance and the practical details that can feel overwhelming.
With the agency about six years, and a caregiver herself until 2025, so she understands both sides of care. She remembers the personal details, responds quickly, and knows what caregivers need in order to succeed in a client’s home.
