We are an authorized VA/TriWest home care provider, and we are honored to serve the Veterans and surviving spouses in our territory.

What it is, in our words

We are an authorized VA/TriWest home care provider, and we are honored to serve the Veterans and surviving spouses in our territory. Veteran home care is the same personal care, companionship, homemaking, transportation, dementia care, overnight, and respite support we provide every family, with the difference that eligible Veterans may be able to use VA benefits to pay for it. We will help you find out, and we handle the coordination so you do not have to.

  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s care, overnight, and 24-hour care staffed in shifts
  • Respite for family caregivers
  • Coordination with the VA and TriWest as an authorized provider

  • Recovery support after a hospital stay

What we do not do

  • Skilled nursing, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment
  • Injections or medication administration (we do medication reminders)
  • Wound or drain care, feeding tubes, or respiratory treatment

  3. 3
A plan built around the person.A few hours, overnights, recovery support, or ongoing care. There is no required minimum number of care hours per day or week.
  4. 4
A caregiver matched by personality. We match personalities, not only schedules and care needs. You always have the office to call, and care can go up or down as needs change.

From a family we serve

I like that the agency has sent a really friendly welcome to my father, and they do really care. The impact of the services has been perfect with them.

Veteran Home Care: questions families ask

Does the VA pay for home care?

Eligible Veterans, and in some cases their spouses, may access VA programs that fund non-medical home care. Eligibility is decided by the VA, not by us. Call and we will walk through the programs and help you take the next step.

Are you a VA-authorized provider?

Yes. We are an authorized VA/TriWest home care provider in Colorado. We are not the VA, and we do not decide eligibility.

What if I am not eligible for VA-funded care?

You can still use us with personal funds or long-term care insurance. There is no required minimum, and the plan is built around you.

Where is the nearest VA clinic?

VA clinics in our territory are in Loveland and Greeley, and Veterans throughout Boulder, Weld, and Larimer counties can receive home care from us wherever they call home.

Ask us about veteran home care today.

A real person answers 24/7/365. Tell us the story and we will build the plan around the person, with no required minimum hours.
